Job Type : Full-time / Part-time AM / PM / NOC shifts
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Med Tech / Caregiver. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and support to residents in a senior living facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities :
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed dosage and schedule
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Keep accurate and detailed records of residents' care and medication administration
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, and ensure that residents have access to nutritious and appealing meals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, and engage them in social and recreational activities
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Technician certification preferred
- Previous experience working in a senior living facility or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
