Responsibilities include:
- Delivers and coordinated clinical services for the program, if applicable, and per state regulations. Responsible for the billing and scheduling of services or the delegation of such task. Coordinates alternative resources for team members and families.
- Provides direct management of all Home Health staff; to include coaching, counseling, disciplining and completing performance evaluations. Ensures adequate staffing coverage for the provision of services on a day – to - day basis.
- Ensures the community and corporate policies are disseminated and followed by all Home Health associates.
- Markets the Home Health program to any appropriate audience.
Position Requirements
- Certified Nurse’s Aid Certification required
- A minimum of five years' experience is required
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
