Compliance Market Director

We are seeking a Compliance Market Director to lead our business development function in the industry. As a Compliance Market Director, you will play a critical role in partnering with clients to increase their compliance offerings. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies and procedures with clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with current and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy specific to our clients that aligns with the client's business objectives.
- Stay current with laws and regulations affecting the industry and adjust the compliance strategy for clients accordingly.
- Communicate policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders and provide training.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop the best compliance offerings and strategies for prospective and current clients.
- Promote a culture of compliance through awareness campaigns and ongoing education initiatives to clients.
- Stay relevant in the industry and develop a market presence with a consultative sales approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in compliance is a plus.
- 10 years of deep compliance experience in a variety of compliance areas.
- Proven experience in the compliance industry, with a focus on developing and implementing compliance strategies for clients.
- Experience in third party risk management, compliance technology and experience in the managed services space.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate risks for clients.
- Consultative sales approach and experience in this type of role.
- Advanced knowledge of the industry, suppliers, vendors, and offerings.
- Must have ambition and be creative to develop a strong market presence.
