Certified Nursing Assistant :
Post-Acute Medical and Rehabilitation services to patients
Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing, Skilled Rehabilitation Nursing Home
- Provide physical support for patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed-using wheelchair, bathroom, walking, standing, etc.
- Able to provide care for each resident in accordance with their personal care plan.
- Provides adjunct care by administering the necessary procedures towards total patient care.(ie. Non-sterile dressings, surgical preps, ice packs, etc.)
- Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; conducting specialized testing, and recording intake and output information.
- Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients, answering patients' call lights and requests, and reporting observations of the patient to the nursing supervisor.
- Examining patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine,etc.
- Assist or escort patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
- Assist with daily housekeeping duties-making bed, disposal of trash, tray removal, etc.
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
- Noting observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses or nursing managers.
Work Hours & Benefits : 7am-3pm, 3pm-11am or 11pm-7 : 00am (Days are contingent upon needs of the business.) Subject to additional hours contingent on needs of the business. Health, Dental, Vision Benefits available and more.

SALARY DETAILS : 17.00 PER HOUR!!!
