The Position:
The account manager at Morales Group plays a key role in the success of our organization. The account manager is responsible for recruitment of applicants for assigned areas of responsibility while continually exhibiting the core values of the organization; fill orders, interview candidates, maintain accurate information in corporate database; maintain accurate and timely communication with candidates, clients and internal staff; maintain excellent customer relations with Operations and promotes Morales Group, Inc. to candidates and clients; ensure quality placements and timely order fill ratios.
The Duties:

Maintain good client relations by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality.

Conduct onsite check-ins, be available before and after hours for escorting new starts on client premises.

Conduct pre-employment tours as needed, ensuring teammates are fully aware of job duties and requirements prior to starting position.

Track various performance metrics to measure and improve performance.

Define and develop all pre-training technologies, prepare all teammates through orientation for proper transition to assignment.

Regularly conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure consistency and quality of service.

Oversee time and attendance for all teammates; including timekeeping system, reconciliation, and invoice comparison and payroll activities.

Communicate future client needs to recruitment staff and managers as needed.

Maintain Bullhorn database for client and employee assignments.

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with client screening requirements.

Maintain outstanding communication/working relationships with all departments in the organization.

Assist with in-house and external job fairs: application intake, review application for completeness and accuracy, applicant interview, hiring decisions and completion of new hire packets, review of new hire packets for accuracy.

Conduct searches in Bullhorn or other resume databases for suitable candidates.

Ensure that records in Bullhorn database are kept updated and all information is current; review payroll reports weekly and update employee assignments.

Arrange reporting of hours with teammates specific to their assignment.

Perform client check-in calls at the beginning (1st day), middle (weekly, monthly as needed) of the placement and throughout the assignment (as needed).

Arrange operations/candidate interview as necessary, follow-up with each party for feedback.

Counsel site teammates relative to attendance, productivity and overall job performance.

Work closely with operations and sales team, consulting daily on the status of orders, client communication and possible strategies for optimum achievement of placement success and customer satisfaction.

The ability to recruit for open positions.

Attend staff meetings and training as required.

Responsible for reporting workplace injuries to safety team in a timely manner. Position also requires communication and follow-up through of the entirety of a claim (from injury to return to work).

Act as a Morales Group Safety Ambassador for respective client. Duties include ongoing training, participating in monthly meetings with safety team, liaison between safety team and client, etc.

Assist the Operations/Sales team on calls to current/future clients to develop a relationship with the current/future companies and to gain an understanding of the position/requirements.

Travel to recruiting fairs, customer sites, prospective customer sites, training and meetings as required.

Report all hazardous conditions/equipment to his/her manager immediately.

Fulfill job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the organization’s “Code of Business Conduct.”

Use independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties.
