The Position:
We are seeking a National Account Executive (NAE) who can accelerate the current steady growth of Morales Group’s Professional Recruitment division. The National Account Executive will focus on hunting new, large enterprise level partnerships on a national scale to bring in both insource and outsource opportunities. Accion Performance has a facility located in Indianapolis, IN. The NAE will be hunting new business, nationally, to outsource their product to the Accion warehouse. Our areas of supply chain solutions include kitting and assembly, re-pack, fulfillment, packaging, rework, Amazon FNSKu labeling, FBA prep, display builds, quality inspection, and sortation.
This individual will identify and develop consultative relationships with clients and prospects to introduce Accion Performance’s end-to-end solutions for supply chain solution services. They will help prospective mid-market and enterprise customers with annual needs of $1 million or greater. The NAE will also use their expertise in selling supply chain, 3PL and fulfillment services to provide our partners with sustainable value, so they can achieve bottom line results. The ideal teammate for this position will have extensive knowledge of 3PL operations, CPU (Cost per Unit) sales and will have the ability to communicate solutions to streamline operations to high level leadership within the enterprise organizations. This role requires a minimum of 3 to 7 years of selling experience in Supply Chain, 3PL or manufacturing industry.
The Duties:

Build Relationships. Proactively generate new sales opportunities through lead generation, presentations, networking, events, etc.

Understand our customers. Collaborate with Marketing & Operations to target prospects and customers through a variety of digital outlets. Help enhance the client experience by building durable relationships, inspiring trust, and thought-leading with innovative solutions.

Deliver Results. Build a robust sales funnel while, leading multiple, strategic sales processes including solution design, financial analysis, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiation. Develop and manage a sales pipeline, territory and close complex deals to meet sales targets.

Be an Expert. Demonstrate expert knowledge of Accion Performance and its value proposition through a consultative lens. Work creatively to develop solutions for clients to reach their goals. Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize new revenue opportunities and drive sales.

Collaborate with your team. Engage the team in the sales cycle to help with onboarding and delivering top service. Be motivated and resourceful to resolve issues and lead by example through perseverance.
