The Position: Morales Group is looking to hire a dynamic senior professional recruiter with a proven track record of sales-growth and successfully placing candidates in various industries from tech start-ups to established corporate environments. To be successful, they must approach sales and recruitment with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, understand the business needs, align hiring strategies with organizational goals and identify key talent to drive department growth. They should also believe in the importance of fostering positive connections, cultivating a customer/sales pipeline and ensuring a smooth sales and recruitment process for both candidate and client.
The Duties:

Identify and build a network of clients and businesses, evaluate talent, and provide permanent placement services.

Consults with client company or organization to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).

Leverage existing network of client-base to uncover additional permanent placement opportunities.

Search, source, and screen potential candidates for open positions.

Successfully facilitate negotiations between candidates and client.

Proactively uncover and resolve recruitment-related issues quickly and efficiently

Regularly maintain and manage your portfolio of candidates and clients and review and edit résumés for candidates.

Ensure a successful client and candidate experience from start to finish.

Regularly research and adopt the best market practices and adhere to recruitment policies.

Verify the recruitment practices are up to industry standards and aligned with the company’s objectives.

Establishes strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Communicates clearly and transparently with candidate and hiring teams, ensuring expectations are managed and information is conveyed accurately.

Checks candidates’ references and credentials, confirming experience and backgrounds.

Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.

Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.

Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.

Assist with multiple in-house and external resources simultaneously, such as networking and hiring events, to attract and fill talent pipeline with qualified candidates.

Collaborate with operation and sales team on current direct hire orders and client needs.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
The Qualities:
-
3 years of experience across a variety of fields—ideally in Staffing and Recruitment or B2B Sales

Strong customer service and consultative sales skills

Experience in sourcing practices, such as direct sourcing, passive candidate searching, networking, and applicant evaluation.

Excellent presentation skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

Adaptability in the ever-evolving landscape of recruitment

Results-driven and focused on achieving hiring goals.

Ability to learn and understand all skillsets needed for open positions.

Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Knowledge of Department of Labor Laws both Federal/State specific preferred

Possess a valid driver’s license/meet state requirements for insurance.
