Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
Collaborate with the accounting, financial service, real estate, and insurance teams to provide comprehensive client service
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide exceptional service
Stay updated on tax law changes and industry developments
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve tax-related issues
Ensures that industry regulations and company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish

Proven experience as a Tax Preparer

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Spanish proficiency is valued for this position

Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite

PTIN Certification : Yes
