**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with senior management to execute project scope and plan.
- Work closely with Salvage and Dive Masters to address environmental concerns.
- Assume key responsibilities within the Operations Section to support the Incident Command Team (IMT).
- Lead and support environmental response, clean-up, and planning efforts for assigned projects.
- Ensure safety and compliance for designated projects.
- Manage daily administration and coordinate with project accounts.
- Provide support to diving and salvage operations as needed.
- Oversee team performance and maintenance.
**Requirements:**
- Five years of direct management experience.
- Multitasking, supervision, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze job costs, profit, and loss.
- Strong communication, analytical, and persuasion skills for client and internal interactions.
- Able to represent the company externally and prioritize business development.
- Adaptability in varying environments, including hazardous situations.
- Certifications and licenses required for the position.
