Housekeeper
Job Purpose:
Maintain all office and shop facilities in a clean, sanitary, and orderly fashion. Have a work environment and a place of business that look's presentable both, inside and outside with an image that expresses pride in what we do.
Tasks:
- Responsible for daily upkeep of the front office (upstairs and downstairs), shipping/receiving office Sweep and mop floors.
- Vacuum/clean rugs
- Dust cabinets, tables, pictures, draperies, etc.
- Gather, empty, and clean trash containers
- Thorough bathroom cleaning, including sinks and toilets
- Stock hand towels, soap and toilet paper dispensers
- Clean coffee pots, wash dishes, weekly refrigerator cleanout
- Sanitize door handles, when necessary
- Wash windows - determine schedule
- Painting, when necessary
- Replace filters in furnace room
- Change burnt out lightbulbs
- Responsible for daily upkeep of upstairs lunchroom Sweep and mop floor
- Dust ceiling fans
- Clean table, chairs, sink, coffee pot and wash dishes
- Keep supplies and eating utensils neat and organized
- Process coffee beans, when needed
- Prepare coffee and popcorn for lunch
- Help setup chairs for safety meeting
- Responsible for daily upkeep of shop facilities (center bathroom with shower stalls, Men's/Women's restrooms near Crib, single restroom near breezeway, single restroom near classroom, single restroom near Processing office) Sweep and mop floors
- Thorough cleaning, including sinks and toilets
- Gather, empty, and clean trash containers
- Stock hand towels, soap, and toilet paper dispensers
- Assist other departments with the following tasks
- Run errands, deliver parts/packages
- Escort oversize loads
- Transport (pickup/drop off) employees and/or customers to airport, etc.
- Removal of snow in front of doorways, sidewalks, stairs, etc
