- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process for various positions, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering positive employee relations and addressing concerns promptly.
- Benefits Administration: Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- 1-3 years in recruiting, preferably with a focus on high-volume positions.
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus but not required.

Job Requirements:
- Forklift Experience Required
- High School diploma/GED required
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- The ability to work with a team or individually in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to ninety (90) pounds
