Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process for various positions, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering positive employee relations and addressing concerns promptly.
• Benefits Administration: Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• HRIS Management: Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in recruiting, preferably with a focus on high-volume positions.
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus but not required.

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Job Requirements:

• Forklift Experience Required
• High School diploma/GED required
• Ability to multi-task is essential
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
• The ability to work with a team or individually in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to ninety (90) pounds

Wage Range: 60000.00 - 70000.00 per year
