What will I do in the role of an entry-level Maintenance Technician?
- Perform room set ups for facility events
- Distribute deliveries of packages to respective department
- Assist with monthly deliveries of salt for resident water softener systems
- Perform relocation of resident furniture and related equipment and appliances within the facility
- Respond to work orders for residents and employees to assess and fix plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues under the guidance of a skilled Maintenance Technician
Qualifications of an entry-level Maintenance Technician?
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to take and read measurements
