Moravian Manor Communities, located in the beautiful town of Lititz, PA, is a premier not-for-profit senior living community that has been serving older adults for 50 years. We are looking for experienced and friendly Med Techs to join our team! We have full-time opportunities on our first and second shifts.
The Med Tech will provide care in a kind and compassionate manner as directed by the Nurse in charge to residents residing in HHPC and Manor West. This care will be provided in accordance with the mission statement and philosophy of care of Moravian Manor. This position offers a competitive salary and other benefits including:

What will I do in the role of Med Tech?
§ Prepare, administer and document medications and treatments in electronic medical records for residents requiring these services, as directed by the Charge Nurse.
§ Observe and report changes in resident's condition to Charge Nurse.
§ Answer call bells and respond to resident request promptly.
§ Taking temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respirations and weights. Must be knowledgeable on vital sign equipment.
§ Assist residents with activities of daily living.
What do I need in the role of Med Tech?
§ Must have high school education or equivalent.
§ Must be certified in CPR and First Aid at time of employment or within six (6) months of employment.
§ Must be a certified nursing assistant (or willing to obtain after hire).
§ Must be certified as a med tech at time of employment (or willing to obtain after hire).
