What will I do in the role of RN Supervisor?
The RN Supervisor will oversee and coordinate staff for the delivery of nursing care to our residents. Responsible for endorsing the philosophy of Person Centered Culture and adhering to the objectives, policies and procedures of the Nursing Services Department and of Moravian Manor Communities. Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol. One on-call weekend will be required every six weeks.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensed by Pennsylvania Board of Nursing
- Certified in CPR at time of employment or within six (6) months
Preferred Job-Related Experience:
- Long-term care nursing experience preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge of MDS
- Leadership experience
- Use of computers as applied to a health care setting. Point Click Care experience, preferred.
This position requires proof of an Influenza vaccination, unless approved for a religious or medical exemption.
