At Moravian Village, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents in a nurturing and supportive environment. Our skilled nursing facility is looking for a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.
Position Overview:
The RN Supervisor will oversee daily nursing operations, manage staff, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and ensuring a safe and positive environment for residents and staff alike. This is a Full Time position on the 3-11 shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate nursing care to meet the needs of residents.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident care and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Conduct staff training and orientation, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
- Handle staffing issues, assignments, and oversee daily operations of the nursing unit.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
