Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service lot and coordinating jobs for Kubota equipment with the technicians.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome customers to the store and load/unload equipment for service
-Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships
-Overseeing unit tagging and lot organization
-Loading and unloading trucks
-Triage Service Equipment
-Complete multi-point inspection form
-Prepping units for service and set up
-Pull parts and accessories
-Pull equipment into service bays for technicians
-Crate removal
-Able to lift at least 40 lbs
-Power wash service and set up equipment
Skills:
-Forklift experience and/or willingness to learn
-Organizational skills
-Mechanical knowledge and/or willingness to learn
-Listening and communication skills
-Customer service skills
-Cooperative and friendly attitude
-Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
