Duties

Requirements
- A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in clinical counseling or direct support roles within mental health settings.
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding and documentation practices is preferred.
- Strong skills in crisis management and patient assessment are essential.
- Ability to conduct group therapy sessions effectively, fostering an inclusive atmosphere for participants.
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy principles is highly desirable.
