We are seeking a motivated and creative Design Consultant to join our team. Proficiency in CAD software will be essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Engage with clients to assess their design needs and preferences.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed design plans and renderings.
- Sell design solutions and products that align with client goals.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the design process, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while maintaining a professional relationship.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or outside sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of design principles.
- Willingness to Learn and be Proficient in CAD software for creating design layouts.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- A proactive approach to upselling products and services that meet client needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
