Director of Fitness Services

Position Overview: Moreau Fitness is seeking a Director of Fitness to lead the operations of our fitness facilities, ensuring exceptional member experiences, operational efficiency, and driving sales growth. This role is key to managing sales performance, mentoring staff, enhancing customer service, and optimizing financial results. The Director of Fitness will oversee club management, develop team performance, and ensure the overall success of our fitness centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Team Leadership & Development: Guide and support club managers, ensuring alignment and performance excellence.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with HR to attract, onboard, and integrate new team members.
• Sales Management: Drive membership sales and service sales goals, ensuring clubs meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Customer Service & Retention: Maintain high service standards, resolve member concerns, and implement retention strategies.
• Operations & Compliance: Oversee club operations, ensuring adherence to safety, policy, and performance standards.
• Financial Oversight: Analyze financial performance, optimize revenue, and collaborate on promotional strategies.
• Reporting & Communication: Regularly report to senior leadership on operations, sales performance, challenges, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in fitness or customer service environments.
• Strong experience in sales management and achieving revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in team development, budgeting, and operational management.
• Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
