We are seeking a Facilities Technician to ensure the physical integrity and safety of our multi-family apartment community. The ideal candidate must be honest, reliable, proactive, and committed to our core values. The candidate will help train other maintenance staff and float from property to property where needed. The potential candidate will also oversee all capital projects to ensure the validity of the work and to supervise the property through it.

Facilities Technician Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of maintaining the community's physical integrity
- Responsible for Protecting, Preserving and maintaining the asset
- Ensuring a safe and secure living environment
- Identifying and correcting any property issues
- Performing repairs and maintenance
- Expertise in capital project maintenance is essential
- Skilled in the use of common hand tools and power tools
- Have strong time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to manage others well
- Be physically capable of manual tasks
- Plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience is a must
- HVAC certification is required
Facilities Technician Requirements
- Proven 3-5 years maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Background check and drug test required prior to employment
- On-call rotation

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour. Someone with expertise in plumbing, electrical and HVAC with a license could be $25 or more per hour.
