Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to oversee recruiting, payroll, and employee training while utilizing UKG, Kronos, ADP, and HealthStream for workforce management. This role ensures seamless hiring processes, accurate payroll administration, compliance, and effective training coordination. This candidate will be a super user in workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
- Manage employee training programs using HealthStream.
- Set up training sessions, track employee participation, and ensure compliance with required training.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and schedule necessary employee training.
- Maintain accurate training records and provide reports as needed.
HR Systems & Compliance:
- Utilize UKG, Kronos, ADP, and HealthStream for workforce management and reporting.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support HR compliance efforts, including labor laws and company policies.
Payroll Administration:
- Back up support to process payroll accurately and timely using UKG, Kronos, and ADP.
- Assist with compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Assist with payroll discrepancies, deductions, and benefits administration as needed.
- Assist with generating payroll reports and assist in audits.
- Assist in onboarding and training new hires.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 4 years in HR, recruiting, payroll, and training administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in UKG, Kronos, ADP, and HealthStream. Microsoft word, excel (intermediate), and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Detail Oriented, Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
