The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to optimize operations, ensure product quality, and implement innovative technological solutions across the organization. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, organization, and hands-on leadership to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence in alignment with company goals.Essential Job Duties : Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality outputs. Develop and optimize processes using engineering principles and best practices. Performance Metrics : Establish or improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and report on operational performance. Use data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions. Project Management : Lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvements, quality enhancements, software development, and technology integration. Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget. Collaboration : Work closely with departments such as Production, Engineering, R&D, Quality Assurance, Software, and IT to support integrated business strategies and project initiatives. Safety and Compliance : Maintain and promote a safe working environment. Ensure operations comply with all applicable safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Requirements for this position : Education : Engineering degree, Quality background, and / or equivalent experience. Experience : 5 years of experience in a management / supervisory position. Leadership Abilities : Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams with excellent communication and organizational skills. Analytical Skills : Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities. Experience in leveraging software tools for operational improvements. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to haves) : Engineering degree or certification in related areas. Experience working with software, quality, operations or other forms of engineers. Experience in quality assurance or quality management. Experience in a technical field.
