Second Shift: Tuesday-Saturday - 2:00PM-10:00PM-Come work at a premiere luxury living condominium complex that offers a great atmosphere and team environment.
· Possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License.
· Be able to lift approximately 40 pounds.

· Be able to climb a significant number of stairs.
· Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
· Ability to communicate effectively with Residents and Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
· Meets attendance guidelines of the department.
· Must be able to tolerate hot and cold weather conditions.
· Valeting Vehicles: Deliver and retrieve resident vehicles as directed by the Security Gatehouse Officer on duty.
· Valeting Vehicles: Deliver and retrieve resident vehicles as directed by the Security Gatehouse Officer on duty.
· Deliver Packages: Deliver and process packages as directed by the Security Gatehouse Officer on duty and/or the Receptionist on duty.
· Wash Vehicles: Check the car wash schedule for days and times. Most vehicles will be washed Monday through Friday from 4pm-10pm.
· Take Up Groceries & Luggage: At the Resident’s request and via the Security Gatehouse Officer on duty, take up resident’s groceries and/or luggage.
