The Job Opportunity:
- Premiere real estate firm with more than three decades of being Austin’s lifetime real estate advisor, Moreland Properties is looking for a strategic and hands-on Social Media Marketing Coordinator
- Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the ideal candidate will hit the ground running, implementing his/her expertise in social media and digital marketing across all applicable platforms.
- This is one of those precious Austin job opportunities for a hungry, self-starting marketer to develop into multi-faceted creative, working within a team of highly motivated and talented marketing professionals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for all our brokerage’s social media plan including graphics and copy consistent with our brand and style guidelines
- Author blog entries
- Manage email campaigns according to digital marketing plan
- Formulate and execute a plan to increase audience engagement on applicable social media platforms
- Edit and manage content on website
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Collect and analyze data to drive social media productivity and performance beyond views and clicks
- Attend and direct video shoots
- Manage shoot budgets
Ideal Candidates Are/Have:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- An excellent customer service representative who will go above and beyond for our agents
- A superb writer with a high level of taste and an impeccable eye for design
- Driven to use their technical and creative expertise to support the goals of an incredible team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
- Excellent track record of understanding the big picture and not afraid to roll up sleeves and collaborate
- Ability to handle tight deadlines
- A true love of Austin and the desire to work with a homegrown Austin brand
Experience: Two years’ relevant professional experience preferred, negotiable
Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 base salary plus a specified bonus structure reflecting team production
Work Location:
- Lake Austin Blvd office daily
- Occasional off-site work for videography (must have own vehicle, mileage to be reimbursed)
