Key responsibilities :
- Lesson planning : Designing engaging and differentiated lesson plans aligned with state standards and student needs; Being a team player in collaborative team planning as a grade level
- Classroom instruction : Delivering lessons using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Assessment and grading : Evaluating student progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and projects, providing feedback to students; Understanding the standards-based approach
