Credential Copy (Valid California single subject teaching credential authorizing instruction in Physical Education; English Language Learner Authorization. Attachment must be the detailed credential printout from the CTC website showing all authorizations and expiration dates. A certificate that does not show EL Authorization will not be accepted.)
Letter of Introduction (Current and applicable to this position.)
Letter(s) of Reference (Two (2) Professional Letters of Recommendations, hand signed and dated within the last 12 months. (no electronic signatures). At least one letter must be from a current administrator / supervisor.)
Resume (Current and applicable to this position.)
