- Credential Copy (California teaching Single Subject credential including the English Language Learner Authorization. (MUST INCLUDE DETAILED PRINT OUT WITH EXPIRATION DATE AND ENGLISH LEARNER AUTHORIZATION) or official status letter from college / university)
- Letter of Introduction (Current and applicable to this position.)
- Letter(s) of Reference (Two (2) professional letters of reference hand signed and dated within the last 12 months. (NO ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES ACCEPTED). At least one letter must be from current administrator.)
