Roofing Sales Representative-Storm Damage Specialist

Job Overview
Moreno's Roofing is seeking 4 dedicated and skilled Storm Damage Specialists to join our team. This role is crucial in helping clients recover from storm-related damages, ensuring their properties are restored to a safe and functional state. Our representatives assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that have recently been affecting the metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with the ability to analyze situations effectively and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.

Although roofing sales experience is highly preferred, we are able to train individuals on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge needed in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims. We provide you with the software and technology to perform your duties.

Responsibilities

• Assess storm damage to residential and commercial properties, providing detailed reports on necessary repairs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the restoration process. Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign agreements. Create estimates & sign contracts on roof, siding, gutters damages
• Utilize technical sales skills to promote restoration services and solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing for clients.
• Meet the Insurance adjuster for on claims
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary.
• Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections
• Excellent negotiation skills, capable of reaching mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes related to restoration services is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year (base pay plus commission).

Work Location: On the road

- Knocking doors, meeting homeowners, and educating them on storm-damaged roofs.

- Guiding homeowners through insurance restoration claims to get their roof replaced.

- Closing deals and earning based on performance—the harder you work, the more you make.
