Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations while handling food and beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets or special events.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
