Main Responsibilities:
- This role promotes the safety and health culture at the Plant by adhering to Morgan Global policy, management system, and applicable legal requirements for the prevention of risky conduct and conditions.
- You will be responsible for managing systems, resources, and documentation to ensure Asset Security at the Plant.
- Your duties include delivering business behavior safety programs and ensuring corporate requirements are executed as planned.
- You will be the main contact with regulatory authorities for inspections received by the plant.

- Health and safety incidents/accidents at the Plant
- Property safety incidents/accidents at the Plant
- Environmental safety incidents/accidents at the Plant
- Compliance with legal requirements for plant operation
- Chronic and acute occupational injuries
- Occupational diseases
Salary Information:
An estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of the job.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar risk profile manufacturing process
- At least 4 years of auditing experience
- Demonstrable track record in creating or delivering behavioral-based safety programs
- High degree of computer literacy and numeric skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Knowledgeable in Mexican Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards
