Responsibilities
- Management of the company's recruitment and selection processes.
- Supporting the integration of new employees, operating and developing the onboarding program.
- Assessing training needs, planning, organizing and monitoring training and development programs.
- Developing internal communication and incentive systems.
- Coordinating Employer Branding activities.
- Developing, implementing, developing and operating HR processes, systems, policies (career management, performance management).
- Initiating and monitoring HR-related projects within the company.
- Coordinating the Morgan Engineering Academy.
- Managing labout law issues.
- Performing HR controlling tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in economics.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational manufacturing companyl
- Communication-level English language skills.
- Knowledge of Hungarian labor law.
- Independence and responsibility.
