We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Site Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive operational excellence and improve site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and improve site performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Conduct operational audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Train and mentor employees on lean manufacturing concepts and practices.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress toward goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in deploying and managing lean systems.
- Strong understanding of lean principles and tools, including Hoshin Kanri/X-matrix.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
