We are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our team in Budapest. In this role, you will act as the key link between our international sales and customer service teams and the production facility, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order handling
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for the international sales and customer service teams, covering regions from China, through Turkey and the European Union, to the US.
Record, process, and confirm sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with the production planning team and, when necessary, the purchasing department to align customer requirements with production capabilities.
Communicate customer needs and expectations to internal teams and provide timely updates regarding potential issues, capacity limitations, and delivery confirmations.
Support the shipping department when needed, including assisting with organizing and administrating transportation activities.
Qualifications
What We Appreciate (Advantages):
3–4 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills in both English and Hungarian.
Familiarity with key supply chain and manufacturing terms and tools such as ERP systems, Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
