Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Engineering and Supply Chain teams by performing various repetitive administrative tasks involving job paperwork being issued to the production floor. In addition, the role handles incoming phone calls for the facility and processes incoming mail, and creates Bills of Material and Routings for a segment of the carbon products produced at the site.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, be proficient in math, have a basic understanding of quality management systems, have prior experience with developing/documenting procedures and be proficient with computers, specifically Excel.
