Business is booming, and our workforce is expanding! Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA is actively hiring Production Associates on THIRD Shift. Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:
- Operate various machines and equipment to manufacture ceramic cores
- Prepare, pack and visually inspect ceramic cores
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
- Actively communicate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure quality and safety standards
- Cross training in various operational areas

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
- Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
- Visual acuity.
- Basic math skills.
- Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
- Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening).

- Must be a:
- Citizen of the United States, or
- Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
- Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
- High school diploma or GED preferred
