Responsibilities
Purpose of the Position:
This job position belongs to the Electrical Brushes and Collectors Production Management and its purpose is to solve the technical challenges related to the manufacturing of electrical brushes, collectors and commutators; plans, designs, develops the products from prototype stage to manufacturing. It also involves the tools, machinery and technological devices that ensure the manufacture of the product in compliance with the design specifications and the satisfaction of the customer's needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
The essential functions and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:- Responsible for maintaining close and effective communication with the people involved in the Greenville, USA Plant; in order to timely address new product transfers, changes to products already produced at the Plant, or any request received from the end customer. - Responsible for developing blueprints, drawings and work orders; as well as coordinating engineering changes for products released to the plant. - Responsible for generating the list of materials, list of tools and packing instructions.
Qualifications
Technical Skills :- Basic to intermediate English - Proficiency in computer aided design and drafting software- Knowledge of manufacturing processes- Project management, feasibility study- Bachelor's degree level, degree in progress.
