- Undertake rigorous research by interfacing with documents and peers, collecting crucial labor, material, and timeline data.
- Draft essential project elements like Take-offs, Sub Bids, and Cost Coverage.
- Monitor project pipelines and align on scheduling forecasts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to smoothen the handover process with comprehensive documents.
- Spearhead modifications with Project Managers, mitigating any scope gaps.
- Manage project margins and lead market evaluations to stay competitive.

- Analyze project pathways for sales, costs, and delivery timelines.
