Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Procore Project Management software, scheduling and job costing software, and Microsoft Office : PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with process improvement and inventory control.
Reading and understanding contract documents, drawing, and project specifications.
Experience in Project Management for Commercial construction, including exposure to excavation, utilities and asphalt work.
Ability to manage large and diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
