Morgan Auto Group is seeking a quality Accounting Clerk to join our growing team at our South Miami location in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Data entry of all vehicle information to stock into dealer computer system; new and used vehicles, including customer street purchases
- Create designated folders for support docs, MSO or title storage
- Process new vehicle dealer trades, issue checks as needed
- Process used vehicle wholesale billing
- Maintain schedules relating to the inventories
- Processing of product payments as needed with vendors (JM&A, Safe-guard)
- Process cancellations and submissions for each product vendor
- Post product vendor payment statements in DMS
- Issue sales tax refunds to customers as needed
- Maintain related schedules making notes as needed
Qualifications:
- Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup
- Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications with peers and customers
- Automotive software experience helpful Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP
