Arrigo Ft Pierce is looking to add a qualified Used Car Director to the team. We are looking for a high-octane individual that wants to join a winning team and make the money that comes with it. You must be able to produce and continue to help our team grow.
We are a high volume used car store selling 200 used cars per month. You can expect to touch 100 deals per month and manage a 200 and growing used Car Inventory. Responsibilities
- Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
- Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
- Excellent Phone Skills
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
- Work with wholesales to purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction, off-lease returns & inter-company
- Complete trade appraisals
- Knowledge on getting a vehicle from appraisal through our recon process and to the frontline.
- Desking and Finance knowledge a must.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Prior sales leadership – 5yrs of dealership experience required
- Prior used car manager experience a must
- Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
- Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM tool, ADP, Reynolds)
- Must understand inventory control – Company turn policy
