What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Warehouse Worker position at Morgan Buick GMC Shreveport?
Mike Morgan Automotive Group is currently seeking a dependable and skilled Parts Warehouse Worker to join our team in Shreveport, Louisiana. As a Parts Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive parts - Inspect all parts for damage upon delivery. Note damages and/or shortages.
- Stock parts - Ensure that all parts are placed in the correct bin location in a timely manner. Verify and update bin locations as needed.
- Pull jobs for technicians - Assist in pulling parts that are sold over the counter or in the shop after the counter person bills parts.
- Pack and process parts returns.
- Receive and organize GM accessories.
- Store warranty parts in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate a pallet jack
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
