FMS Program Analyst (Senior)- F-35

We are currently seeking a Senior FMS Program Analyst to join our team supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office in Arlington, Virginia. This position requires 2 days on site at the Crystal City office.

What you’ll do:

The Senior FMS Program Analyst provides programmatic acquisition and financial management support for FMS cases in the F-35 Joint Program Office. This is a "roll up your sleeves" position. Our ideal candidate is willing and able to provide support from 'soup to nuts'.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Defense acquisition management support for FMS cases throughout the case lifecycle
• Evaluate historical and current financial data to understand the customers' financial situation in accordance with their signed LOA
• Develop materials and brief senior client leadership. This will include building briefing books and printing and distributing copies
• Track, analyze, and report on financial data using Microsoft Excel
• Transcribe and summarize meeting minutes and notes and assist in the preparation and closure of action items
• Assist in the scheduling of appointments in support of Government customer, the coordination of arrangements for meetings and conferences, and the arrangement of travel reservations and accommodations
• Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients

Qualifications:

• At least ten (10) total years of related work experience
• At least five (5) years providing financial and/or acquisition management support for foreign military sales (FMS) programs in DOD program offices
• Knowledge of federal acquisition program lifecycles, requirements, and regulations
• Knowledge of DoD operational and administrative chains of command, including relationships between the various government offices, military services, and defense agencies and field activities 
• Experience with International program and project financial management or contracting environments. 
• Experience using Microsoft Excel formulas and their effective use in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Active DOD SECRET security clearance
• Master's degree from an institution accredited in the United States or a bachelor's degree and 4 additional years of experience
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
• Attend meetings and provide client support onsite/in person when required

Compensation Policy:

Salary ranges displayed are typical for this position, but MBC considers multiple factors when extending an offer. Factors include the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's qualifications, and the contractual terms of the program.
