What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst, Entry Level-DCIPS position at Morgan Business Consulting, LLC?
We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Program Analyst to join our team providing learning management system support for the Naval Intelligence Enterprise (NIE). The NIE recently transitioned to Waypoints learning management system, a replacement for TWMS, as a single source repository for training, collection, and data analysis. Applying expertise in the system will enable the other required duties as NIE Training Coordinator.
The Training Coordinator will maintain currency of NIE personnel training requirements, respond to Requests for Information (RFI) for various organizational statuses, and complete required actions per reoccurring timelines. Additional duties will require Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and recommendations to outline the Training Coordinator role at the sub-unit levels.
What you’ll do:
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on the capabilities and execution of Waypoints while identifying creative use-cases and identifying obstacles
- Compile outstanding training data, communicate findings, process paperwork, and execute training coordinator duties
- Assist with outlining command training coordinator roles and responsibilities
- Assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required
- Collaborate with other team members to respond to new client requests
- Transcribe and summarize meeting minutes and notes and assist in the preparation and closure of action items
- Assist in the scheduling of appointments in support of Government customers, and the coordination of arrangements for meetings and conferences
- Plan events
- Participate in meetings and program reviews on site and virtually, as required
- Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a university accredited in the United States
- Prior event planning experience is required
- Experience adopting new systems in an independent environment, preferably with direct learning management experience
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple taskers concurrently while keeping deadlines and accountability
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable briefing senior leaders, and the ability to convey through writing clear concise messaging
- Ability to adapt and stay flexible to unforeseen changes with good stress management
- Willingness to learn, fail forward, and own your role
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
