We are currently seeking a Senior SAP, S/4 Hana Project Management Consultant to join our team supporting the Navy ERP transformation program. This position is hybrid with occasional on-site requirement. This is future work to begin in May 2025.
What you’ll do:
Lead and guide complex project teams to upgrade the Navy ERP ECC system to a modern SAP S/4 HANA system.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and maintain successful communication with Project teams, contractors and stakeholders
- Develop baselines, master schedules and identify the critical path
- Guide teams in project operations support for a technical upgrade of the Navy ERP system to S4 HANA as part of ERP
- Provide assessment of project status, document risks, courses of action
- Support enforcement of mitigation activities
- Review outputs of workstream activities and leverage existing knowledge of Navy E2E business processes, financial statement audit challenges and data structures to evaluate courses of action
- Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business from an institution accredited in the United States
- Active DOD Secret security clearance
- At least nine (9) years’ relevant experience
- Federal ERP experience and/or S4 HANA experience preferred
- Experience leading IT transformations in a DoD environment
- Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) and or related certifications
- You must be physically located in the National Capital Region and guarantee full time support for 180 days
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
Compensation Policy:
Salary ranges displayed are typical for this position, but MBC considers multiple factors when extending an offer. Factors include the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's qualifications, and the contractual terms of the program.
