Commercial Construction Superintendent
Morgan Construction Company, Inc., a well established General Contractor and Construction Management firm is seeking qualified applicants to immediately fill Field Superintendent positions for long-term and medium-term projects.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 3 Years as a commercial construction superintendent
- Ground-up experience in commercial buildings as Lead Project Superintendent
- OSHA 30 or willing to complete within 60 days
- Ability to travel within Southeast U.S.
- Sound understanding of multifaceted sitework
- Strong communication skills and leadership
- Extensive knowledge in scheduling and sequencing all phases of the project
- Hands-on quality control and leadership
- Self-motivated, fast paced, take charge attitude. Computer skills a must
