Meditech EMR
Orientation is bi-weekly
Start date on job is start date needed
Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered
Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs of accepting offer
Job Requirements
Must have KY or compact license
Required experience must be listed along with facility and Unit information : Minimum of 2 years dependent on specialty
Schedule Information
All Facilities work a Schedule of 36 / 48 for the two week pay period unless notated otherwise
Ratios can fluctuate with census, call ins, etc.
Additional Details
AHA ONLY Front and Back of certificate if not electronic card. All RNs, Respiratory Therapists, and CT Tech require BLS.
Nursing only, within 30 days of start
Required for all RNs except Psych and True Med / Surg units.
