Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing orders, and supporting our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Gather customer information, access, and fulfill customer needs.
- Provide quality service and support in areas including billing, placing orders, and resolving issues.
- Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
- Analyze customer situations using automated information systems.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
- Evaluate opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
- Compile and generate reports related to customer requests and needs.
