Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time, in-office Project Coordinator to join our team in Alliance, Ohio.
This entry-level role will support internal projects across the company, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, confident, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.
· Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
· Track project progress and report on key metrics.
· Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
· Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date.
· Manage the product backlog.
· Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Education/Experience:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Confidence in leading meetings and discussions.
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies, including Scrum, is a plus but not required.
· An associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
