Job Title: Survey Drafter
Summary
Drafts detailed property boundary drawings, topographical surveys, and related maps and specifications used for real estate transactions as well as site development by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Drafts detailed property boundary drawings including improvements, easements, and bearing information.
Perform boundary calculations and draft surveys using field data, deeds, other information available.
Understanding and commitment to CAD standards and procedures.
Other duties may be assigned as the business needs change.

Use of Technology - Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D CAD drafting and the latest AutoCAD software.
