Job Description

Are you someone who loves juggling multiple projects and thrives in a collaborative environment? We're looking for a Product Development Manager to join our client's team and help bring creative, custom products to life for our amazing clients. This role is all about teamwork, organization, and making sure everything runs smoothly from concept to delivery.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with account managers, creatives, operations specialists, and external partners to manage a variety of projects that delight clients and deliver results. What You'll Be Doing :

Product Management

  • Take the lead on developing custom products for a range of clients, managing 5-20 projects at a time across different stages of development.
  • Collaborate with account managers to set and manage timelines, both internally and with clients.
  • Oversee the details-approvals, testing, sample routing, and more-to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Partner with our quality assurance and safety experts to ensure products meet our high standards.

Partner and Supplier Coordination

  • Build strong, professional relationships with our manufacturing partners to effectively source products.
  • Coordinate production schedules, manage project timelines, and keep everything moving forward.
  • Develop pricing for a wide range of products, keeping budgets in check and clients happy.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Quality and Safety

  • Stay informed on product safety and testing requirements to ensure zero quality issues.
  • Follow our established safety procedures and communicate any potential risks to the team.
  • Financial Management

  • Manage budgets and financial reports for smaller projects or assist with larger client accounts.
  • Work with the operations and finance teams to monitor inventory and ensure projects are launched on time.
  • Update client budgets and inventory reports regularly, ensuring accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication

  • Keep everyone in the loop! You'll regularly update your team and supervisor on project progress through meetings and ongoing communication.
  • Contribute to building a positive, productive team environment where everyone can thrive.
  • General Support

  • Handle administrative tasks like expense reports and travel bookings.
  • Be open to taking on additional responsibilities as you grow in this role.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a huge plus.
  • A knack for staying organized, communicating effectively, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
